Stuffed Bread
Stuffed Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round loaf white bread (unsliced), 2 tbsp. oil, 1 green pepper, diced, 1/2 c. diced celery and 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut off top of bread and hollow out, forming crust shell. Tear bread into small pieces to make 2 cups.
Brown beef in oil; mix in remaining ingredients except cheese slices and bread pieces.
Simmer 4 to 5 minutes and stir in bread pieces.
Fill crust with mixture.
Cut cheese slices in half diagonally and place on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
Replace top and serve.
