Strever Oyster Dressing is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ritz crackers, 1 pt. oysters, cut away white, hard piece attached to oyster and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Break up crackers.
Cut up oysters.
Use oyster juice, too. Combine together.
Grease casserole dish with Pam cooking spray. Add milk to cracker/oyster mixture.
Add small amounts of milk if more is needed.
Not mushy, not soggy, just damp.
Combine gently. Place in casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
