Strawberry-Yogurt Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) carton (or 1 cup) strawberry yogurt, 1/4 c. honey and 1 pt. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Beat in yogurt and honey; chill until partially set (mixture will be the consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Whip gelatin with electric mixer until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.
Reserve a few whole berries for garnish; slice remainder and fold into gelatin.
Chill again, if necessary, until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.
Turn into crust.
Chill until firm, several hours or overnight.
Garnish with whipped cream and reserved berries.
