Strawberry Rhubarb Ring
Strawberry Rhubarb Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease an 8-cup Bundt pan or ring mold; set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, oil, egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. When dough is completely blended, lightly fold in rhubarb and berries.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until center tests done.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
