Strawberry Meringues
Strawberry Meringues is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 3/4 c. sugar, ice cream and strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat the egg whites until frothy.
Add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until very stiff.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions; shape into nests on heavy paper or cookie sheet.
Bake for about 1 hour at 250Β°.
When done, place sheet on damp cloth and lift off nest.
Let cool.
Fill with ice cream and strawberries.
