Strawberry Jam
Strawberry Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. ripe strawberries, mashed, 4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. water and 1 box sure jell pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Measure 2 cups mashed strawberries into large bowl.
Then stir in sugar and let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then mix water and pectin in small saucepan.
Bring to boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling and stirring for 1 minute.
Stir into fruit mixture and keep stirring for 3 minutes or until sugar is completely dissolved.
Then fill plastic freezer containers and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
Then place in freezer.
Makes about 6 cups of jam.
