Strawberry French Pastry
Strawberry French Pastry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed, 4 eggs, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 2 sticks butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place 2/3 of the box of crushed wafers in large baking dish. Cook eggs, butter and powdered sugar to thick cream consistency. Cook to 200Β° in double boiler.
Pour over wafers and cool.
Spread 1 cup whipped cream over mixture; next, spread 1/2 cup pecans. Next add both packages of strawberries, next 1 cup of whipped cream.
Top with remaining wafers and pecans.
Freezes beautifully.
