Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly grease 2 loaf pans.
In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Make a well in the center of mixture.
Pour eggs and oil in well.
Stir until dry ingredients are just moist.
With a slotted spoon, dip out berries and gently stir into mixture.
Add juice gradually, stirring until batter is of the proper consistency.
The amount of juice varies in berries when thawed and you do not want the batter to be too thin.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Cool in pans 15 minutes.
With knife, loosen sides of loaves from pans.
Turn out of pans.
Let cool completely before slicing.
