Stir-Fry Shrimp
Stir-Fry Shrimp is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, cut the back open and devein (leave the shells on), 1 tbsp. chopped scallions, 1/2 tbsp. chopped ginger, dash of white wine and salt and sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Marinate shrimp in a plastic bowl with some wine and sugar (1 teaspoon or less) for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat pan or wok on high with 2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Put in scallions and ginger.
Saute for 1 minute until fragrant.
Put in shrimp and saute until pink, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Add salt.
Don't overcook.
