Stewed Mushrooms
Stewed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 small green pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp. oil or butter and 1 tsp. parsley, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a 2-quart saucepan, saute onion in oil.
Add green pepper and sliced mushrooms.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Add seasoning, water and parsley.
Simmer about 20 minutes.

Serve on toast or with mashed potatoes.
