Steak Sinkiang
Steak Sinkiang is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. thinly sliced beef, 1 onion, sliced, 1 green pepper, sliced, 3 cloves garlic and 1 can bean sprouts, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oil; add garlic.
Saute beef until nearly well-done; remove from oil.
Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms.
Add cornstarch to cold water in a separate cup; mix until smooth. Pour over vegetables and stir until thickened.
Add beef and bean sprouts.
Simmer a few minutes.
Serve over rice.
