Steak Roll
Round steak rolled around a savory bread, egg, and onion-soup stuffing then braised tender. An old-fashioned beef supper with built-in side.

In large mixing bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, seasoning, onion soup and mushrooms.
Lay steak out flat and spread stuffing mixture on it.
Then roll steak up and tie with string.
Place steak roll in shallow baking dish and cover with foil, shiny side in.
Bake at 350Β° until done.
