Steak Champignon
Steak Champignon is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 2 tbsp. dry red table wine, 3 tbsp. sour cream and 2 boneless beef steaks (5 oz. each), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In 8-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add mushrooms and saute until browned. Reduce heat to low; add wine and cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until heated.
Remove skillet from heat; set aside and keep sauce warm.
On rack in broiling pan, broil steaks, turning once, until done to taste.
Remove steaks to serving platter; pour sauce over steaks or transfer sauce to gravy boat and serve with steaks.
