Squash Pudding
Squash Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 small yellow squash, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1 can evaporated milk and 3 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook in water until tender. Drain and with potato masher.
Stir in 3 rounded tablespoonfuls flour and 1/2 stick margarine.
Add sugar and eggs and beat well, then add evaporated milk, vanilla and coconut. Mix well. Place in greased 8 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch casserole.
May sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired.
Bake 35 minutes at 350Β°.
