Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 12 medium yellow squash, 1 bunch green onions, sliced, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 can cream of celery soup and 2 whole eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash in salted water until tender.
Drain and break up, but do not mash.
Brown green onions in butter and stir into the celery soup.
Add eggs, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Combine the soup mixture with the squash.
Put into a buttered casserole and cover with the grated cheese and additional bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Cook at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
