Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 yellow squash, diced, 2 to 3 onions, diced, 1 c. cream of shrimp soup, 1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced and buttered cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Over low heat, saute squash and onions until tender-crisp. Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in shrimp soup and water chestnuts.
Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with buttered crumbs on top.
