Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. yellow squash, chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, melted, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash until tender.
Drain and mash.
Drain again.
Add butter, milk, salt and cheese. Pour this mixture into greased casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Drizzle egg over top of this.
Bake at 350Β° about 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
