Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, 1 large onion, salt and pepper to taste, 1 small carton sour cream and 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Chop squash and onion; cook until tender.
Add salt and pepper.
In a saucepan over low heat, mix well the sour cream, butter and soup.
In a casserole, layer the herb and spice mix, drained squash and onion and the sauce mix.
Continue to layer in order until all of the ingredients are used.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and slightly brown.
Serves 6.
