Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. sliced yellow squash, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. butter and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash in salted water until tender.
Drain well and mix with mayonnaise, butter, egg and sugar.
Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Crush stuffing and brown in butter.
Add pecans and cover top of casserole.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
