Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. fresh yellow squash, salt to taste, 1 medium onion, sliced, 3/4 stick margarine and 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or pepperidge farm stuffing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook squash in a little water until tender.
Fry onion in margarine until clear.
Drain squash and mix with onion.
Add 1 cup cracker crumbs or stuffing mix, 1 cup cheese and soup. Pour into baking dish. Top with rest of crumbs and cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 325Β°.
