Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. grated sharp cheese and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook squash and onion in small amount of salted water.
Drain, mash, then add margarine. Add egg, milk and cheese to squash. Place all in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with crumbs or mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until crumbs are browned and mixture bubbly.
