Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 8 minutes. Made with medium yellow squash or 3 zucchini, eggs, medium onion, chopped, margarine and cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook squash in small amount of water until tender; drain well and mash.
Combine soup, sour cream, oregano, pimento, onion and butter.
Blend well; add squash, stirring gently.
Lightly grease 2-quart casserole dish.
Alternate squash mixture and cheese (cut into strips).
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
