Spring Break Shrimp
Spring Break Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1 bunch green onions, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. chicken broth and 2 tbsp. dijon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook shrimp in margarine; remove shrimp, but save shrimp broth. Add 1/4 cup of broth and reduce for 5 minutes.
Add wine and cook for several more minutes.
Add seasoning, mustard and 1 tablespoon flour.
Gradually thicken.
When mixture reaches thin paste texture, add green onions and shrimp.
Stir until coated.
Serve over precooked angel hair pasta.
