Spinach Ricotta Pie
Spinach Ricotta Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. chopped fresh spinach, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia brand light neufchatel cheese, softened, 3/4 c. low-fat ricotta cheese and 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place spinach and onion in small saucepan. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
Beat cheeses and seasonings in a small bowl at medium speed with mixer until well blended.
Stir in spinach mixture. Spread into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with remaining ingredients.
