Spinach Quiche
Spinach Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and 1 c. shredded cheese (swiss or cheddar), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 425°.
Fry bacon; drain and crumble into pie shell.
Cook chopped onion in bacon grease until brown; drain and add to pie shell.
Spoon thawed spinach into shell and top with shredded cheese.
Mix together eggs, cream, milk and seasonings and pour over pie fillings.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 300° and continue baking about 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway from center to edge comes out clean.
