Spinach Pie
Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ricotta cheese, 3/4 lb. muenster cheese, shredded, 2 eggs, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook spinach according to directions on package.
Drain well. Press with fork in strainer.
Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, cooled spinach, Ricotta cheese and shredded Muenster.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Line greased pan with crescent rolls; put in mixture.
Form lattice crust on top with extra dough.
Bake at 350Β° until dough turns brown.
