Spinach-Mushroom Salad
Spinach-Mushroom Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. spinach leaves, washed well, 2 tbsp. each: red wine vinegar and water, 1 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. olive oil and 1 c. each: quartered mushrooms and julienne-cut red bell peppers (thin strips), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium salad bowl, combine spinach with mushrooms and red pepper strips.
In small bowl, combine vinegar with water, sugar and mustard.
Add oil, salt and pepper; mix well.
