Spinach Loaf
Spinach Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained, 1 1/2 c. flour, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. butter, at room temperature and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl, knead together (like making pie crust dough) all ingredients except the spinach.
Mix quickly.
When well mixed, add spinach and knead well.
Butter loaf pan or use foil and pat the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated 400Β° oven for 30 minutes.
The loaf is done when the crust forms on the surface. For a light meal, add one cup of diced ham and top with Parmesan cheese.
