Spinach Lasagna
Spinach Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix, 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 3/4 c. water and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine mix, paste, sauce and water; heat until boiling. Remove from heat.
Combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, spinach and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Mix well and set aside.
Spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Place 1/2 of noodles over sauce, 1/2 of spinach mixture and 1/2 of Mozzarella. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Cover dish securely with aluminum foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 to 10 portions.
May be put together the night before and put in refrigerator.
