Spinach Florentine
Spinach Florentine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 1 lb. ground meat, 1 medium chopped onion, garlic powder and 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar ragu, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Spinach; drain and set aside, reserving liquid. Brown beef and onion.
Drain grease.
Stir spinach liquid (1 cup) and sauces into meat.
Simmer. Cook noodles and drain. Combine cheese, spinach, bread crumbs, eggs, and 1/2 cup of oil. Spread spinach-macaroni mixture in lightly greased dish with meat mixture on top.
Cook until bubbles at 350Β°. This casserole freezes well.
