Spinach Cheese Squares
Spinach Cheese Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, 1 c. flour, 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated and 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt butter in oven in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and then remove from oven.
In large bowl beat eggs, add flour, milk, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Add cheese and thawed spinach and pour into pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes if using glass Pyrex.
If using a metal cake pan, bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool for 45 minutes and cut into squares.
