Spinach Bread
Spinach Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. dough, 1 pkg. fresh spinach, steamed and drained, 1/2 c. black olives, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese or other cheeses and swiss or provolone cheese, sliced (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Fry the spinach with garlic, salt and pepper in a little olive oil.
When almost done, add chopped olives to the fried spinach. Layer spinach on rolled out dough.
Top with cheeses, as desired. Roll into jelly roll shape.
Place on a lightly floured pan with seam on the bottom and the ends turned under.
Lightly oil dough top, then make 3 diagonal slits across top with knife.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
