Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained very well, 2 c. pepperidge farm herb stuffing, 1 large onion, chopped very fine (but not grated), 4 eggs, slightly beaten and 3/4 c. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Roll in balls (size of quarters); chill or may be frozen until ready to bake.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes on foil lined cookie sheet.
