Spinach Balls
Spinach Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained, 3 c. herb stuffing mix (pepperidge farm), 1 large onion, finely chopped, 6 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place on baking sheet and freeze.
When frozen, remove from sheet and place in plastic freezer bags.
Keep frozen until ready to use.
