Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Spinach-Artichoke Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 (10 oz.) boxes spinach, thawed and drained, 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Sauté butter and onion until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add to spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, both cheeses and Tabasco sauce.
Mix well.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake about 25 minutes at 325°.
