Spinach and Artichoke Casserole
Spinach And Artichoke Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 bunch green onions, minced, 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Butter 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and green onions; saute until softened, about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and continue to saute 5 minutes.
Stir in half of artichokes and the spinach.
Cook until warm, about 3 minutes.
