Lightly mix beef, eggs, deviled ham, bread crumbs, salt, dry mustard and hot pepper sauce.
Shape into 3/4-inch meat balls. Arrange in jelly roll pans.
Bake at 375Β° for about 15 minutes. Heat mincemeat, apple juice and vinegar until bubbly.
Add to meat balls; bring to boil again.
Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
