Spicy Carrots
Spicy Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. fresh baby carrots, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish and 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and keep warm.
In the same pan, melt butter; stir in the sugar, horseradish and parsley.
Add the carrots, salt and pepper, stir gently to coat.
Makes 5 servings.
