Spiced Pineapple is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 or 28 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. white vinegar, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. whole cloves and 1/2 stick cinnamon, broken in little pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain syrup from pineapple chunks; mix with remaining ingredients.
Place in refrigerator; gently shake now and then. Enhances flavor after standing a day or two.
