Spiced Chicken And Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic (optional), 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce (i use a little less), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together garlic salt, ginger, minced garlic, pepper and soy sauce.
Add chicken and marinate approximately 20 minutes.
Use 3 tablespoons oil to cook meat.
Then take meat out of oil and add more oil for cooking broccoli, salt, mushrooms and onion.
Add broccoli and salt first and then mushrooms and onions.
Add all together with chicken.
Serve over rice.
