Spanish Cheese Limas
Spanish Cheese Limas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen lima beans, 1 c. thinly sliced celery, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp. oil and 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook beans in boiling water in saucepan until tender; drain. Saute celery and onions in oil in large skillet.
Add tomatoes; reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in beans, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and red pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Layer 1/2 the bean mixture, half the cheese and remaining bean mixture in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
