Spanish Casserole
A retro Tex-Mex casserole layering seasoned beef and corn under a chili-spiced cornmeal topping. Hearty, gently smoky, and distinctly homey.

Put in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
If too dry, add a small amount of water.
Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
