Spaghetti with Mushroom Sauce
Spaghetti With Mushroom Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. olive oil, 3 or 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced, 1/4 c. chopped country ham, 1 lb. mushrooms and 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel and mince garlic.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Add garlic and ham (medium heat).
Clean and slice mushrooms.
Add them to skillet.
Stir frequently until mushrooms lose volume and darken. Add parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring large pot of water to boil.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and some butter.
Cook spaghetti until tender; drain.
Toss with mushroom sauce.
Serve topped with cheese.
