Southwestern Tortilla Wedges
Southwestern Tortilla Wedges is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. fresh tomato salsa or prepared salsa, 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt, 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1/2 c. cooked chicken, finely chopped and 8 tortillas (8-inch), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix tomato salsa and sour cream.
Reserve half of salsa mix.
Mix the remaining half with half the bell pepper and the chicken.
Place 2 tortillas on ungreased cookie sheet; spread with chicken mixture.
Spread 2 more tortillas with refried beans and guacamole.
Top stacks with remaining salsa, bell pepper and cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and filling is hot.
