Southern Pecan Pie
Southern Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 c. white corn syrup, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 2 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream butter well.
Add sugar slowly, creaming it until light. Slowly stir in syrup, eggs, vanilla and 1 1/2 cups pecans.
Pour into shell.
Top with rest of pecans.
