Southern Pecan Pie
Southern Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, dash of salt, 9-inch pie crust (unbaked) and 1 c. dark corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, syrup and melted butter.
Add pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in moderate oven at 350Β° for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean. Cool before serving.
