South Sea Salad
South Sea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. rotini (uncooked), 1 to 2 cans tuna, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 medium apple, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain. Combine rotini, tuna, oranges, celery and apple in large bowl.
In small bowl, blend cottage cheese, mayo, seasoned salt and lemon juice.
Add to rotini mixture.
Toss to coat.
Cover; chill thoroughly.
Stir gently before serving and top with paprika.
