Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls
Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sourdough start, 1 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 c. self-rising flour, 1/2 tsp. soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix Start and oil.
Sift together the flour, soda and salt; add to starter and oil.
On a floured board, roll the mixture into a rectangular shape.
Spread on butter; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll (jelly roll fashion).
Slice about 1-inch thick. Let rise for 15 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° for about 15 minutes.
