Sourdough Bread
Sourdough Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 envelope yeast, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. warm water, 4 tbsp. instant potato flakes and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix and put in large bowl coated with corn oil; turn dough to coat with oil.
Cover with damp cloth.
Let set for 12 hours. Punch down dough.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Divide dough into 3 parts.
Knead each part for 30 seconds or so.
Place into 3 sprayed with Pam loaf pans.
Cover with damp cloth; let set for 12 hours.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
After turning your bread from pans while warm, spread butter over the top of your bread.
