Sourdough Biscuits
Sourdough Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sifted flour, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 4 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 c. sugar (less if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt yeast in warm water and mix well with other ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and let stand for 12 hours.
Take lid off; punch down dough.
Put cover loosely on container if you are not ready to cook at that time.
Pinch of size desired to use and roll out on waxed paper and cut.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425Β°.
Bake in greased pans.
